About the Performer
Giacinto, of Gilbert, is a music major at Mesa Community College. He was selected to perform "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the Arizona Diamondbacks' home opener against the Detroit Tigers at Chase Field on March 30. Born blind, Giacinto draws on a wide range of musical influences and is also a self-described car enthusiast.

The Fountain Hills set will feature clarinet reworkings of songs by Bruno Mars, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Bobby McFerrin ("Don't Worry, Be Happy"), and Pharrell Williams ("Happy"). Giacinto has said Winehouse's "Our Day Will Come" holds particular meaning for him as a reminder that dreams come true.
